Sánchez Peguero Press respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through sanchezpegueropress.com, why we collect it, and how you may contact us about it.

Information we collect. When you join the Collector’s List, request merchandise updates, or send an inquiry, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, country, desired number of copies, inquiry category, and any optional message. The website may also collect basic technical information, such as device, browser, approximate location, referring page, and site activity through Squarespace’s hosting, security, cookie, and analytics tools.

How we use information. We use your information to respond to inquiries; provide Special Limited Edition early-access and release notifications; measure interest in books and merchandise; share updates you specifically requested; operate, secure, and improve the website; and comply with legal obligations. Joining the Collector’s List expresses interest and guarantees early access and notification, but it is not a purchase or paid preorder.

Newsletters. Massiel Desireé’s newsletter is hosted on Substack. If you choose to subscribe, Substack’s own privacy terms and practices apply. We do not automatically add Collector’s List, merchandise-interest, or contact-form submissions to the Substack newsletter without separate consent.

Sharing and service providers. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, store form submissions, deliver requested communications, analyze site performance, or protect the site from abuse. Squarespace currently hosts the website and its forms. Links to Substack, Instagram, Threads, Spotify, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other third-party websites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Cookies and analytics. The site may use essential cookies and similar technologies needed for security and basic operation. If analytics or optional cookies are enabled, they may help us understand how visitors use the site. Available cookie choices may be presented through a banner or browser settings.

Children’s privacy. This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
